What to expect while working together!

During our time working together toward your fitness and health goals, expect clear and concise direction with E V E R Y T H I N G we do!

That being said, below is a what to expect layout on what our days/weeks/months will look like working together and what is expected on both ends in order to make your big vision and goals becomes your REALITY. Because I coach in person and online, please read below for either online or in person - depending on how we are working together!

IN-PERSON:

- Attending your sessions, coming on time and being prepared to get serious and sweaty!

- Getting your outside workouts done: every 4 weeks you will be given a NEW set of strength exercises, cardio and core exercises to follow. Getting your independent workouts in are crucial to your success.

- Attending check-ins on Thursdays at 7:20pm: I hold weekly check-ins at the studio at 7:20pm every Thursday to measure local clients, assess body fat and BMI and snap progress photos for clients as desired. This is not mandatory as I know schedules vary - however, if you are able to come in for this, please do! 

-Downloading My Fitness Pal onto your smartphone/laptop/computer - we will be using this tool to track your nutrition 

 

-Sending in your weekly check-in sheet + nutritional stats & mind/mood/sleep report EVERY SUNDAY by 10pm PST via-email. THIS PIECE IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT FOR PROGRESS - Make the time to fill this out each week! IT IS WORTH IT.

-Assuring you have proper measuring tools at home for your food and your body! Having kitchen measuring utensils such as measuring cups, spoons and more importantly a kitchen scale available for measuring and portioning food - this is SUPER important for progress!

-Engaging in the client group on Facebook...it's not mandatory, but it's helpful for motivation, support and accountability!

- Trusting your coach...seriously! Put your trust in the plan and the process and step outside your comfort zone to create the most intensive results.

ONLINE:

- Scheduling your coaching calls & being PREPARED for your coaching calls! Depending on the package chosen for online training, you will have access to 1-3 20-minute 1:1 coaching calls per month. Choose days and times that work best for you and your schedule and be ready to chat when your appointment comes!
